Tracy joined the bank in 2019 and has over 26 years of banking experience in Eastern Oregon. His experience includes working with large diverse businesses and farming operations. He has also worked with small retail and service entities. Tracy grew up in Pilot Rock, Oregon. He graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in financial management and a minor in agricultural economics. Tracy has served on the board of the Great Eastern Oregon Development Corporation for 20 years. In his free time he spends time with his family and enjoys attending local events that support the communities of Eastern Oregon.
