Tracy joined Bank of Eastern Oregon in 2019, bringing more than 26 years of banking experience in Eastern Oregon. His lending background includes working with large, diverse businesses and farming operations, as well as small retail and service businesses.
A native of Pilot Rock, Oregon, Tracy graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Financial Management and a minor in Agricultural Economics.
Tracy has served on the board of the Greater Eastern Oregon Development Corporation for 20 years, supporting economic development throughout the region.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with his family and attending local events that support communities throughout Eastern Oregon.
