Mark joined Bank of Eastern Oregon in September 2006. A licensed Oregon CPA, he previously worked in Big Four public accounting in Texas and Oregon, specializing in consulting and auditing for financial institutions.
Mark grew up in Eastern Oregon and attended high school in Stanfield. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Idaho State University.
Mark serves on the Oregon Bankers Association Finance Officers and Investment Committee and has been active in the Association’s advocacy efforts supporting business, agriculture, and banking.
Locally, Mark serves as board chairman for Community Counseling Solutions. He also spent 15 years as head wrestling coach at Heppner High School before retiring from the position.
