Jon McPhee joined the bank in 2023. He graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics/ag business management. Jon minored in animal science. After graduating, he worked at several other banks in Oregon. Jon also worked at the Farm Service Agency where he gained valuable knowledge in FSA lending programs. He lives near Terrebonne in central Oregon where he enjoys spending time with his family. Jon is an avid roper and hunter.
