Jay was raised in Colfax, Washington, where agriculture and rural communities have always been an important part of his life. He earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Washington University and has spent years working in the agricultural industry.

Committed to serving his friends and neighbors throughout Whitman County, Jay is proud to continue Bank of Eastern Oregon’s mission of supporting the agricultural and commercial needs of rural communities. He specializes in dryland agricultural lending and also works with irrigated farming operations and commercial customers.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his family and being out on the water. A Colfax High School graduate, he competed in basketball, football, and track. During his senior year, Jay was a member of the team that won the 2012 2B State Basketball Championship.
