Jay was raised in the southeastern Washington farm community of Colfax. He has been involved in the ag industry for years. Jay graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in business administration and management. He is committed to his friends and neighbors in the Whitman County area. He is proud to continue the Bank's mission of supporting the Agricultural and Commercial needs of rural communities. He specializes in dryland ag loans, as well as supporting irrigated farming operations and commercial customers. Jay enjoys spending time with his family and loves to be out on the water. He played basketball, football and track for Colfax High School, and the team won the 2012 2B state basketball championship his senior year
