Gabrielle Homer, Director. Gabrielle Homer is the newest member of the Bank of Eastern Oregon, having joined in October 2020.  A livelong Oregonian, Homer attended Willamette University and received a BA in Economics from Oregon State University in 1988.  She spent several years working in banking, before moving to Fossil, Oregon in 1995.  For the past 19 years she has worked for Painted Hills Natural Beef, currently as Financial Controller as well as serving as the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.  She is married to fellow OSU graduate Will Homer and has two sons.  Active in community and school-related volunteer activities, Homer also enjoys working out, travel, and being with friends.
