Jennifer has been with Bank of Eastern Oregon since the bank moved into Moro in December 2003. Jennifer currently serves as Treasurer for the Sherman County Scholarship Association and she is a member on a Sherman County committee that helps homeowners with home rehabilitation. Rhonda Shaffer, AVP/Loan Officer. Rhonda has been in banking for 35 years and has been with Bank of Eastern Oregon since the bank acquired the Klamath First Bank in Condon. Rhonda is an active member of the business community and serves as a board member of the Pioneer Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization for economic development. She also serves as Treasurer of PCDC and sits on its loan committee. Rhonda has served on numerous committees for various purposes over the years, such as Condon Booster Club, American Red Cross, and special committees for City of Condon, to name a few. |

John is a Board Member with the Joseph Education Foundation and also serves as a Director for the Chief Joseph Days Rodeo. |

Bob Williams, VP / Agriculture/Commercial Lender. Bob joined Bank of Eastern Oregon in May 2007 and, along with John Bailey, opened up the bank’s new loan production office in Enterprise. In October 2008, the loan production office converted to a full service branch. Bob has been a loan officer in Wallowa County for the past 16 years and in the financial industry for over 28 years. He has been active in a number of organizations in the county and currently serves as Chairman of the Wallowa County Health Care District Board of Directors and as a director of the Region 18 ESD Board. |

Arletta Arnspiger, Mortgage Lending Manager. Arletta has been in the real estate industry for 15 years and with Bank of Eastern Oregon since January of 2007 when she moved back to Morrow County. She was promoted to manager in September of 2011. Arletta is an active member of the Legion Auxiliary Unit 95 and a member of the Ione Booster Club and co-chaired Ione School Reunion Event in 2011. She volunteers for many school and community events and loves spending time with her family and friends. Arletta's roots go back to her uncle, Melvin Brady, who was one of the first employees of Gilliam County Bank in Arlington and later served as a director.

She is an active member of the business community and serves as a member of Harney County Commission on Children & Families Board; Harney County Chamber of Commerce Board; Harney County Health District Board; Burns/Hines Kiwanis Treasurer; and Burns Foursquare Church Worship Team. Joyce is also past president of the Harney County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, you may find her in the announcer’s booth for the annual fair parade each September and helping other BEO staff members clerk the 4-H auction.

He is a past president and current board member of the Grant County Chamber of Commerce.
