Jeff Bailey, President and CEO. Jeff Bailey has been with Bank of Eastern Oregon since 1996. He was named President in July 2008 and CEO in April 2009. He served as Chief Credit Officer from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that time he served as commercial loan officer in Gilliam County. He serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Eastern Oregon Development Corporation, a regional economic development organization. He is also on the Board of Directors for Independent Community Banks of Oregon, a statewide trade group. Bailey is active in the Heppner Chamber of Commerce and Willow Creek Little League.
