Executive Officer
Mark Lemmon, Executive Vice President/Chief Finance Officer. Lemmon joined the bank in September 2006. He is an Oregon CPA who previously worked in Big Four public accounting and specialized in consulting and auditing of financial institutions. He grew up in Eastern Oregon, attending high school in Stanfield. Lemmon serves on the OBA Financial Officers and Investment Committee and the Bank Accounting Roundtable. Locally, he serves on the Morrow Wheeler Behavioral Health Board of Directors, is the Scoutmaster for Troop 691, and coaches wrestling at Heppner Jr./Sr. High School.
