Jeff Bailey, President and Chief Credit Officer. Jeff Bailey has been with Bank of Eastern Oregon since 1996 and was named President of Bank of Eastern Oregon on July 1, 2008. He has served as Chief Credit Officer since 2003. Prior to that time, he served as commercial loan officer in Gilliam County for six years. He serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Eastern Oregon Development Corporation, a regional economic development organization. He also serves on the OBA Lending Committee, is Heppner’s 2008 Chamber of Commerce President and is very active in the Willow Creek Little League.
