Joel Peterson, Chairman. Joel Peterson is currently the Chairman of Bank of Eastern Oregon's Board of Directors. He first joined the Board of Directors in 1993 and serves on the Loan and Funds Management Committees. Peterson graduated from the Oregon Bank Director's College in 1993. He has been a farmer in the Ione area for over 27 years and serves on the Ione School Board and the Morrow County Planning Commission.
